In order to participate in this installation the viewer must have agreed with the clerk/host that they are, in fact, here for the interview. Already uncertain about what information is required, the person enters to find themself to be the object of a room's judgement and evaluation.

The various roles we must now undertake to self-promote and adapt to 'flexible' working conditions is leading to increased pressure and burnout. This installation explores the sense of unease we feel when we are being sized-up and judged while we adapt to these roles.
